Tim McGee joined Carolina Commercial Realty in 2011 bringing with him 16 years experience as an owner representative and top executive for major commercial properties in Atlanta, Georgia and High Point, North Carolina.

Tim has extensive experience in leasing, marketing, tenant relations, and property management. Tim was also the Seller’s Representative responsible for the 2005 sale of 700,000 square feet of Furniture Market showroom buildings in High Point, including the landmark Showplace building.

Tim's relationships with important industry and local political leaders allow him special insight into how to broker business opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
